Having worked with Melissa before I knew she would be the right person to contact for the sale of my condo. She was exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of marketing and listing. The photos turned out great and we had showings almost immediately. Condos are not the easiest thing to sell, but we had two offers in under 3 weeks and just closed for a great price. I feel Melissa did a great job at helping me get a house. There were time that I didn't think that I would find a house for me and I was starting to settle. Melissa helped me to not lose hope. I did cause her a little extra work, but Melissa kept trying. When I found the house that I wanted, Melissa was helpful with directing to what I needed to do next. She was able to get most of the information( that was available) to the questions that I had and answered all of my concerns. I think whoever have the opportunity to work with Melissa will be very happy with the job that she does.
